Travel fees may apply to sessions. Usually I travel within a 20 miles radius of Clifton Park. If you would like a specific location outside this area, a travel fee will apply. Payment in full is required at your session. Sessions that need to be rescheduled due to family emergencies or poor weather will be rescheduled to the next available date mutually agreed upon by both parties. Please know that this may be a few weeks later due to booking schedules. Typical turnaround time to view your gallery is 2 to 3 weeks. In all sessions, copyright of photos is retained by Jennifer Pondillo Photography and images may be used on blog, website and future advertising materials. Portrait session images may not be altered or published without permission, this includes adding filters. Please note, only one discount or promotion can be applied per session. Any session fees paid at booking will be forfeited if you do not show up to your session on time or cancel without 48 hour notice. No show sessions will be charged half of the complete session rate to compensate for the photography lost time and travel. Please do not bring sick children to the session. Instead, please contact me at least 3 hrs prior to the start of the session to discuss options. Lastly, all prices and package details are subject to change so please check back for updates.
